How can I pay for my order?
Paying by Credit Card: The Shower Shop uses Paypal to process all of our credit card payments. If you are not a current Paypal member, you are NOT required to sign up for a Paypal account in order to use the service to pay by credit card.
Paying by Check or Money Order : Please email us the products you would like and a shipping address. We will calculate your total, including tax (PA residents only) and shipping, and send you a total. You can then mail a check or money order to us at The Shower Shop, 121 Walnut St., Pottstown, PA 19464. We will begin preparing your order once we receive it, but we will not ship the order until your check or money order has been received and has cleared.
When will my order ship?
Because we make all of our products to order, we require 7-10
days to process your order from the time it is placed until the
time it is shipped. You will receive an email notification when
you place your order, and another when your order is shipped.
If you need a rush order (i.e., if you need to
receive the order in less than two weeks from the date you place
the order), please email or call us and we will do our best to
accomodate you.
Where does The Shower Shop ship?
We currently only ship to the United States through our site. For international orders, please email us for shipping information.

How will my order be shipped?
We will ship all packages by either UPS Ground Shipping or by USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number for your package via email when you are notified of the shipping date. If you need 2-day or overnight shipping, please contact us and we will calculate the shipping costs for you.
Will I need to pay sales tax?
Only Pennsylvania residents pay sales tax of 6%.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing for merchants interesting in
